1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fluxa Core's wedding planning services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Fluxa Core provides luxury wedding planning services specializing in historic monastery venues in Malaysia, including:

• Wedding ceremony planning and coordination
• Venue booking and management
• Vendor coordination and management
• Floral design and decoration services
• Guest coordination and logistics
• Photography and documentation services

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Consultation Process

All wedding planning services begin with an initial consultation to discuss your requirements, preferences, and budget.

3.2 Service Agreement

A detailed service agreement will be provided outlining all services, timelines, and costs. This agreement must be signed before services commence.

3.3 Venue Availability

Monastery venues are subject to availability and may have specific requirements or restrictions. We will work with you to secure your preferred venue and date.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees and Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure our services
• Additional payments will be scheduled according to your service agreement
• Final payment is due 30 days before your wedding date

4.2 Additional Costs

Any changes to the original service agreement that result in additional costs must be approved in writing and will be billed separately.

4.3 Currency and Taxes

All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Client Cancellation

• More than 180 days before wedding: 70% refund of payments made
• 90-179 days before wedding: 50% refund of payments made
• 30-89 days before wedding: 25% refund of payments made
• Less than 30 days before wedding: No refund

5.2 Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, monastery closures), we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.

6. Responsibilities and Obligations

6.1 Our Responsibilities

• Provide professional wedding planning services as agreed
• Coordinate with venues and vendors on your behalf
• Maintain confidentiality of your personal information
• Deliver services with reasonable skill and care

6.2 Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and requirements
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Inform us promptly of any changes or concerns
• Respect monastery rules and cultural sensitivities
• Obtain necessary permits or documentation if required

7. Monastery Venue Requirements

Historic monastery venues may have specific requirements including:

• Dress codes for wedding parties and guests
• Restrictions on music, decorations, or photography
• Time limitations for ceremonies and celebrations
• Capacity limits and safety regulations
• Respect for religious practices and sacred spaces

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services. We are not liable for:

• Actions or failures of third-party vendors
• Venue-related issues beyond our control
• Weather-related disruptions
• Guest behavior or incidents

8.2 Insurance

We maintain professional liability insurance. We recommend clients obtain event insurance for additional protection.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, and concepts created by Fluxa Core remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred in writing. You may use these materials for your wedding but not for commercial purposes.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

11. Photography and Media

We may request permission to photograph your wedding for marketing purposes. You have the right to decline or request removal of images at any time.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation and mediation.

These terms are governed by Malaysian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
